The most likely locations would be one if he ruins inside the Jungle Biome, the Undead City, and Mounds of the Dead. With the Black Lotus potion’s description I picked up on the idea of needing to consume the potion at a specific location (and possibly even at a specific time of day as well) in order to “untap great sorceries” (or whatever exactly it says on the description, can’t fully recall right now but it’s just something about ‘knowing when to use it grants great mystical strength’). Similar to the Dregs dungeon mechanic where you must sacrifice a human being in order to gain entry to said dungeon. I’ve been studying the Black lotus potion for roughly 4 days now, I believe it is a key.
